Fee Structure
Sylebra Capital provides investment management services to its private funds. The fees for these services are detailed in each fund's offering documents. For example, the Sylebra Capital Partners Master Fund pays a management fee of 2.0% annually on certain share classes. Sylebra Capital Parc Master Fund pays 1.5% of the net asset value of Series A shares. Sylebra Capital Menlo Master Fund pays 1% of the net asset value of Series A and B shares. These fees are paid out of the fund assets, not directly by individual investors.
