The above fee schedule applies to Parnassus Core Equity, Parnassus Growth Equity, and Parnassus Value Equity strategies. For Parnassus Mid-Cap Equity and Parnassus Mid-Cap Growth Equity strategies, the fee is 0.45% on the first $200 million, 0.40% on amounts between $200 million and $400 million, and 0.35% on amounts above $400 million. Parnassus Investments reserves the right to negotiate fees at its discretion.
