Fee Structure
Belvedere Direct Lending Advisors offers several fee structures for its services:
- Asset-based: 0.25% of the amount you invest per year.
- Performance fee only: 4.00% of the net total return.
- Blended: 0.125% of the amount you invest per year, plus 2.00% of the net total return.
For clients who only want access to Belvedere Direct Lending Advisors' list of private debt offerings, the charge is $300,000. For all other account types, there is an upfront fee of $150,000, with another $150,000 due three months later when the search results are delivered. This $300,000 fee will be discounted from fees owed to Belvedere Direct Lending Advisors after three years of being a client.
