Consello Management LP provides investment management services to qualified investors through its private funds. Consello does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of any particular investor. The firm's investment decisions are subject to each fund’s investment objectives and guidelines. Consello aims to generate capital appreciation by making investments where it can provide capital, connectivity, and talent.
Fee Structure
Consello receives a management fee equal to 2.0% per year of each investor’s capital commitment during the investment period of the fund and 2.0% of each investor’s invested capital thereafter. Consello may waive or modify the management fee for any investor. The relevant general partner receives a carried interest representing 20% of all realized net profits in excess of an 8% compound preferred return.
