Baker Street Investment Partners offers discretionary investment management, constructing concentrated portfolios using fundamental analysis. They primarily advise on exchange-traded equity securities and derivatives, but can also invest in other securities based on client goals. Baker Street can tailor its investment management services to the individual needs of each client based on investment guidelines or restrictions provided by each client. Baker Street does not provide services through a bundled fee program.
Fee Structure
Baker Street charges either an asset-based management fee or a performance-based fee, depending on the client. For clients who do not qualify as "qualified clients", Baker Street charges 2.0% per year (0.50% per quarter) of the assets in the client’s account. For qualified clients, Baker Street charges a performance-based fee equal to 25% of the realized and unrealized net gains achieved with respect to such client’s account for the calendar year, subject to a hurdle rate of 6.0% and a high-water mark.
