Fee Structure
Warren Averett RIA does not provide investment management services. Instead, Warren Averett RIA refers clients to other investment advisors, primarily Waverly Advisors, LLC. Warren Averett RIA receives a portion of the advisory fee paid by the referred client to Waverly. The referral fee will not exceed 25% of the advisory fee paid by the referred client to any other advisor. The total annual fees charged to the client, including the referred advisory fees and the percentage paid to Warren Averett RIA, shall not exceed 2.00% of the client's assets under management.
