NexAdvisors provides investment advice to individuals, high-net-worth individuals, families, and businesses. They offer both discretionary and non-discretionary investment management. NexAdvisors may invest client assets in affiliated funds and Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs). They also advise clients on investing proceeds from appreciated real estate in DSTs, including those sponsored by their affiliates. Before providing investment advisory services, NexAdvisors will ascertain the size of the client’s investment portfolio, liquidity needs and risk tolerance.
