Astara Capital Partners (ACP) manages, administers, and provides investment advice to private pooled investment vehicles, primarily investing in private equity. ACP identifies potential investments, determines management strategies, executes acquisitions and dispositions, monitors performance, and manages investor relations. Investments are managed according to fund documents and are not tailored to individual investor needs.
Fee Structure
Astara Capital Partners manages investments for private investment funds, not individual investors. The funds pay ACP a quarterly management fee, generally calculated as a percentage of the investor's capital commitment during the investment period, and a percentage of invested capital thereafter. The management fee is generally 2.0% per year or less. The general partners of the funds may also receive performance-based compensation.
