Yields for You (YFY) offers investment management services based on individual client needs, including using outside managers. They also provide financial planning services covering business planning, cash flow, college savings, employee benefits, estate planning, financial goals, insurance, investment analysis, retirement planning, risk management, and tax planning. Financial planning is offered through ongoing, project-based, and hourly engagements. YFY also provides educational seminars.
Fee Structure
The annual fee for investment management services typically ranges from 0.20% to 2.5% of the value of your portfolio, depending on the amount you invest and the services you need. Fees are negotiable and may be waived or modified at YFY's discretion. Fees are paid monthly, in arrears. If YFY uses an outside manager, the outside manager will deduct their fee and YFY's fee from your account and remit YFY's fee.
