Cibest can hire affiliated sub-advisors and also provides non-discretionary advisory services. Cibest also maintains a wrap fee program.
Fee Structure
Cibest Capital charges an annual management fee based on a percentage of your portfolio's value, ranging from 0.40% to 3.00%. The exact fee is negotiable and will be outlined in your agreement. If a sub-advisor is used, you won't pay a separate fee to them; Cibest Capital will share a portion of their fee with the sub-advisor. Some of Cibest's advisors also receive additional compensation from mutual fund companies in the form of referral fees and rebates/trailer fees.
