Eden Global Advisors manages investments for private pooled investment vehicles (Funds), including Eden Global Investments L.P. and Eden Relationship Capital L.P. Eden focuses on growth equity and later-stage venture capital investments in companies with proven technologies, strong management teams, and attractive unit economics. The Funds primarily invest in the industrial innovation, healthcare, and financial services sectors. Eden does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of the investors in such Funds.
Fee Structure
Eden Global Advisors does not charge management fees to the Funds or investors currently. Management or similar fees, if any, may only be charged in the future with the prior written consent of the applicable investors. The Fund General Partner receives performance-based compensation in the form of carried interest, which is a portion of profits allocated and distributed to the Fund General Partner after the Fund receives proceeds from the disposition of a portfolio investment or income from such investment. Certain personnel of Eden Global Advisors may indirectly share in a portion of the carried interest earned by the Fund General Partner.
