Goodlander Investment Management provides investment management services to private funds. Goodlander focuses on investment opportunities in sustainable energy, using a long/short approach among public equities. Investment advice is provided to the Funds and not individually to the investors in the Funds. Goodlander may also provide investment management services to separately managed accounts and sub-advisory clients.
Fee Structure
Goodlander charges a management fee to its clients, generally at the same rate as charged to the Feeder Funds.
The annual management fee is 1.25% for Founders Class capital accounts and 1.50% for other capital accounts, charged quarterly in advance. The management fee is calculated based on the fair market value of the managed assets as reported by the custodian(s) at the close of market on the last business day of the previous calendar quarter, including cash.
Goodlander also charges a performance fee at a rate equal to 15% of any New Trading Profit.
