Kbit Management provides investment advice on digital assets to privately offered pooled investment vehicles like hedge funds. Kbit uses a quantitative, market-neutral trading strategy in digital asset markets. Fund investors are typically institutional investors, high-net worth individuals and families, charitable organizations, trusts, estates, and businesses. Investors cannot obtain services tailored to their specific needs.
Kbit Management charges a management fee to investors in the Funds, typically on a quarterly basis. The management fee may be up to 1% per year of the net asset value per share of each share as of the first day of each calendar quarter. Kbit also generally receives a performance allocation from each Fund.
