L2 Point focuses on providing innovative capital solutions for growth companies. It offers discretionary investment management to affiliated, privately offered investment funds. L2 Point pursues a structured equity investment strategy, aiming to provide investors exposure to growth companies with mitigated downside risk through structural protections and contractual returns, and meaningful upside potential through equity participation. L2 Point also manages a single purpose vehicle that indirectly invests in real estate which includes single family homes.
Fee Structure
L2 Point manages investments for its affiliated funds and charges a management fee. For the Main Fund, the fee is 2% per year of capital commitments during the investment period, and 1.5% per year of the cost basis of portfolio investments thereafter. Some Other Investment Funds do not pay a management fee. L2 Point may waive, defer, or modify management fees. The General Partner of the Main Fund also receives 20% of profits above a certain return hurdle.
