Fee Structure
Rapid Scale manages funds and special purpose vehicles (SPVs). The annual management fee for fund investments is 2% of committed capital during the investment period and 2% of remaining assets during the liquidation period. For SPVs, the annual management fee is 0.5%, but it's typically charged as a one-time 5% fee upfront, calculated over a 10-year expected lifetime.
