Scout provides investment management services to student athletes through partnerships with colleges and universities. Scout uses an app to provide access to customized tools, guides, dashboards, and financial planning or education sessions. Scout uses a risk profile questionnaire to determine a client's investment objective and places them into an appropriate risk category. Scout manages client accounts on a fully discretionary basis.
Fee Structure
Scout does not directly bill clients for investment advisory services. Instead, Scout is compensated by the colleges and universities who provide their student athletes with access to the platform. Clients are not charged any additional fees for becoming Scout clients and receiving Scout’s investment advisory services.
