HVPF Manager II, LLC provides discretionary investment advisory services to private funds, specifically Hudson Valley Preservation Fund II, LLC and Hudson Valley Preservation Fund III, LLC, and related Feeder REITs. These funds invest in affordable and workforce multifamily real estate, emphasizing properties developed under Section 8 and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit programs. HVPG and its affiliates may serve as the developer and/or operator of projects the Funds invest in.
Fee Structure
HVPF Manager II, LLC charges an annual management fee of up to 2% of investor commitments during the fund's investment period. The manager may also receive an incentive allocation, generally up to 30% of the cash available for distribution exceeding the investors' capital contributions and a preferred return. These fees are deducted from the fund's account quarterly in advance.
