Fee Structure
Calumet Capital Partners manages investments for private investment funds. The firm receives a management fee, calculated as a percentage of investor capital commitments during the investment period. After the investment period, the fee is based on the value of investments that haven't been fully realized or written off, plus committed amounts for ongoing investments. The management fee is paid quarterly in advance.
