Fee Structure
Chamonix Partners Capital Management manages investments for institutional clients through separately managed accounts and private funds. Clients typically pay an asset-based fee based on the aggregate face amount of all loans for that client. Fee arrangements are customized and debited quarterly from the client's custodial account. The firm may negotiate fees and waive them for certain affiliates, current and former partners, employees, and accounts managed by such persons. The firm may remit a portion of the advisory fees received to one or more of its affiliates or accounts or funds managed by it or its affiliates or to certain third-party investors.
