Resilient Capital Management (RCM) provides investment management services to pooled investment vehicles (Funds) that primarily invest in marina and marina-related interests. RCM manages each Fund on a discretionary basis, following the investment objectives and guidelines outlined in the Fund's governing documents. RCM treats the Funds, not the individual investors within the Funds, as its clients.
Fee Structure
Resilient Capital Management manages investments for pooled investment funds. They charge a management fee ranging from 1.5% to 2.0% of committed capital per year, payable quarterly in advance. An affiliate of RCM is also entitled to a performance allocation of 20% after investors receive their capital invested plus an 8.0% internal rate of return hurdle rate.
