Portman Square Capital manages investments for pooled investment vehicles and separate managed accounts. The fees are calculated as follows:
- PSC Funds: Up to 2% per year for management, plus up to 20% per year for performance.
- UCITS Sub-Fund: Up to 1% per year for management, plus 10% to 20% per year for performance.
- Separate Managed Accounts (SMAs): Up to 1.5% per year for management, plus 10% to 20% per year for performance.
These fees are in addition to operating and administrative expenses.
