Factorial Funds Management provides investment advisory services to private investment funds and special purpose vehicles. Factorial seeks capital commitments from sophisticated investors like family offices and institutional investors. Factorial does not tailor advisory services to the individual needs of investors, who must accept the terms set forth in the fund's governing documents.
Fee Structure
Factorial Funds Management provides investment advice to private investment funds, not directly to individuals. As investment adviser to the Funds, Factorial receives a management fee equal to an annual rate of up to 2.5% of Commitments, charged quarterly in advance (and pro-rated for any period that is less than a full fiscal year) generally with reductions to such Management Fees following fixed intervals of anniversaries related to each Investor’s initial contribution as further described in each Fund’s Governing Documents.
