Value Aligned Research Advisors (VARA) offers customized investment management services to individuals and entities through separately managed accounts. VARA also manages the VAR AI Fund I, LP and its offshore feeder fund, VAR AI Offshore Fund, Ltd. Investment advice is tailored to individual client needs and objectives, with clients able to impose restrictions on investments. VARA does not participate in wrap fee programs.
Fee Structure
VARA charges a management fee based on a percentage of the assets they manage, up to 1% annually. The specific fee is determined on a client-by-client basis and is negotiable, taking into account factors like the size and complexity of the portfolio. Fees are typically calculated and paid monthly in advance. VARA may also be entitled to a performance-based fee.
