Fee Structure
Alignment Growth Management, LLC charges management fees and performance-based compensation based on each fund's governing documents. The management fee is generally 2.00% per annum, calculated and paid quarterly in advance. During the investment period, the fee is typically applied to committed capital, and afterwards to unreturned invested capital.
