Fee Structure
Accion Impact Management (AIM) manages investments for private funds. The management fee generally ranges between 2.25% and 2.5% of the fund's aggregate commitments during the investment period, payable quarterly in advance. After the investment period, the management fee is calculated based on each investor's invested capital and share of reserved capital. The general partner is also entitled to a carried interest on the fund's profits, typically 20% of investment proceeds exceeding the capital invested by the fund's investors and their share of fees and expenses, subject to a preferred return.
