SR Alternative Credit (SRAC) is an investment management firm that manages private funds, giving individuals and institutions access to investments in less liquid private credit products. SRAC offers investment management services to these funds and separately managed accounts. SRAC focuses on generating yield for investors through senior secured asset-based lending transactions to middle and lower middle market companies.
Fee Structure
SRAC manages private funds and may manage separately managed accounts. The fees for the private funds range from 1.5% to 1.75% of the fund's net assets per year. SRAC also receives performance-based fees from some funds, calculated differently for each fund. Fees for separately managed accounts are individually negotiated.
