Complus Asset Management charges a monthly management fee based on a percentage of the assets they manage, and a performance fee based on a percentage of net capital appreciation. Management fees are generally up to 1.5% and performance fees are generally up to 20%. Complus is only entitled to performance fees if cumulative profits exceed the previous highest level of cumulative profits.
