The True Prophets LLC (TTP) provides investment management services, primarily on a discretionary basis, to high net worth individuals, accredited investors, institutions, and model-based investors. TTP specializes in automated asset allocation strategies using quantitative analysis and machine learning, investing in common stocks and ETFs. TTP also offers financial planning and other consulting services, with fees separate from investment management fees.
Fee Structure
TTP charges a management fee of up to 1% per year of your portfolio's value. For 'qualified clients' (meeting certain net worth or asset minimums), TTP also charges a performance fee of up to 15% of net profits, applied only on the increase in account value since the last charge. Fees are deducted from your account, and any prepaid fees are refunded if the advisory contract is terminated. TTP uses Interactive Brokers LLC to automate fee calculation and collection.
