Patricof Co LLC primarily advises private funds, not individual investors. The firm charges these funds a management fee and a carried interest (a percentage of profits). The management fee for the most recent funds is 1% of invested capital as an organization fee and 2% of invested capital as an administration fee. For funds organized prior to August 2023, the management fee ranged from 0.75% to 3% of invested capital on either an annual or one-time basis.
