Fee Structure
Derby Copeland Capital manages investments for private funds and charges a percentage of deployed capital.
For the Derby Copeland Capital Opportunistic Credit Fund, the management fee is 1.25% per year of deployed capital, charged monthly. An affiliate also receives 0.75% per year of deployed capital for loan servicing and administration.
For the DCC Real Estate Middle Market Credit Fund, the management fee is 1.5% per year of deployed capital, charged monthly.
