Breakout Capital Partners manages investment portfolios primarily for private investment funds, focusing on equity investments in emerging markets. They use a combination of top-down analysis of investment themes and bottom-up analysis of individual investments, guided by a proprietary framework of ten rules for identifying successful nations. In limited circumstances, Breakout Capital may extend its services to separately managed accounts, managing them similarly to the EM Revival Fund.
Fee Structure
Breakout Capital primarily manages investments for private funds. In limited cases, they may manage separately managed accounts (SMAs).
For SMAs, the annual management fee is a percentage of the value of the assets managed, and is negotiable. An incentive fee, also negotiable, is applied at the end of each fiscal year based on the growth in the value of your investments.
