Dextra Advisors is an asset management firm that provides investment advice to private funds. Dextra identifies and evaluates investment opportunities, negotiates terms, and manages investments, primarily in other private funds and nonpublic companies. Dextra's advice is tailored to the investment objectives of each fund, and investors generally cannot impose restrictions on investments. Dextra is owned by its Founding Partners and strategic partners.
Fee Structure
Dextra Advisors manages private funds and charges management fees and carried interest. Management fees are assessed quarterly in advance and are a percentage of an investor's capital commitment or net invested capital. Carried interest is a percentage of realized profits, subject to a preferred return and reimbursement of expenses. Fund-of-one mandates pay fees as negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
