HM International provides investment strategy, asset allocation analysis, and third-party investment manager analysis to privately placed pooled investment vehicles owned exclusively by the Meinig and Hojel families. They also offer family office services such as tax return preparation, financial reporting, bill paying, cash management, estate planning, and philanthropy planning. HM International creates customized investment strategies based on client objectives and risk tolerance.
HM International is compensated through fees paid by the Funds they advise. The management fee is an annual amount equal to a specified number of basis points multiplied by the assets under management at the beginning of the calendar year. The Management Fee is paid in advance in quarterly installments. HM International may charge a performance fee to one or more Funds in the future.
