Artia Global Partners LP manages investments for privately offered pooled investment vehicles, also known as funds. These funds consist of feeder funds that invest into a master fund. Artia Global makes investment decisions for the funds based on their investment objectives and guidelines. Artia Global does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of fund investors. The firm may offer any advisory services, engage in any investment strategy, and make any investment that it considers appropriate, subject to each client’s investment objectives and guidelines.
Fee Structure
Artia Global manages investments for pooled investment funds and is paid a quarterly investment management fee by the master fund. The rate is determined by an affiliate of Artia Global. The affiliate may waive or modify the management fee for any fund investors.
