Innovation X Advisors advises various pooled investment vehicles operating as private equity funds. Innovation X manages each fund according to the investment strategy described in the fund's offering documents. The funds may be established by Innovation X, its affiliates, or third parties. Innovation X monitors the performance and status of the funds’ underlying portfolio companies, making distributions when market conditions and valuations are appropriate. Innovation X does not currently participate in any wrap fee programs.
Fee Structure
Innovation X advises private funds and receives compensation in the form of carried interest. They may also charge an annual management fee in the future. These fees are deducted from the fund's assets. In addition to these fees, each fund pays operating and organizational expenses.
