Fee Structure
M2G Ventures manages pooled investment vehicles focused on real estate. Clients pay a management fee ranging from 1.5% to 2.0% annually of committed or invested capital. In addition to management fees, the Funds invest in Special Purpose Vehicles (“SPV’s”) that hold real estate investments that pay various fees to M2G or affiliated entities.
