Fee Structure
Propel Bio Management manages investments for private funds and an ETF. The fees for these services are set forth in the governing documents of the private funds and the prospectus of the ETF. Propel receives an asset-based management fee from the private funds, and may also receive performance-based compensation based on the fund's gains. For the ETF, Propel receives a sub-advisory fee.
