Fee Structure
Apex Capital US is compensated by Apex Capital Panama, and this compensation ultimately depends on the fees paid by the Funds to Apex Capital Panama. The Funds pay Apex Capital Panama an annual management fee based on a percentage of the aggregate capital contributions invested in portfolio companies that have not yet been disposed of. The management fee is paid annually in advance for the first year of each investment and quarterly in advance thereafter.
