First Principles Group

First Principles Group Management (FPG) provides investment advice to private equity funds that primarily invest in venture capital style private equity. FPG does not tailor investment programs for individual fund investors, though certain investors may elect not to invest in specific opportunities. FPG is affiliated with several General Partner entities that operate together as a single advisory business. The General Partners manage each Fund, while FPG has been designated as investment advisor to the Funds.
