Fairview Asset Management (FAM) provides investment advice to other investment advisors and manages pooled investment vehicles (Funds) that primarily invest in real estate. FAM identifies, evaluates, structures, and negotiates prospective investments, manages and monitors portfolio investments, and advises on disposition opportunities. FAM does not provide investment advisory services directly to individual investors in Funds.
Fee Structure
Fairview Asset Management (FAM) manages investments for pooled investment funds, not individual investors. The fees charged to these funds range from 0% to 2.5% of the total committed capital from investors while the fund is actively investing. After that, the fee is applied to the fund's invested capital at the end of the previous quarter. FAM may also receive performance-based compensation.
