Fee Structure
Stockwell Ventures is paid a management fee for providing investment advisory services to the fund. The management fee is generally 2% of each investor's capital commitment, paid in advance of the quarter in which services are rendered. After the commitment period ends or when available capital for drawdown is zero, the fee equals 2% of aggregate capital contributions, reduced by return of capital and write-downs. The Adviser can reduce or waive the Management Fee for certain investors.
