OneAscent Capital (OAC) provides investment advice to investment funds, including private placements and a registered investment company. OAC's goal is to give investors access to private investments that align with their faith-based values. Investors do not get to choose specific investments; each fund is managed according to its stated strategy. The funds are generally available only to accredited investors.

Fee Structure

OneAscent Capital manages several funds, each with its own fee structure:
- Flagship Fund: Investors pay a management fee of 1.0% of committed capital related to investments in other investment funds and an additional 1.0% on committed capital related to direct investments. After a 7.0% preferred return, investors pay a 10% performance-based fee on investments in other investment funds and a 20% performance-based fee on direct investments.
- Interval Fund: Investors pay a management fee of 1.5% of the value of the assets in the fund.
- Evergreen: Investors pay a management fee of 1% annually of the fair market value of its investments. Investors will also pay a 10% performance-based fee on the appreciation of their capital account during the year, but only if the net capital appreciation exceeds any net capital depreciation accumulated in prior years.
