Kilonova Capital (KC) provides investment advice and manages special purpose vehicles (SPVs) or direct investment vehicles (DIVs) that invest in technology and life science companies. KC also advises pooled investment accounts. KC tailors its investment advice to each client's investment objectives and strategy as outlined in their governing documents. KC does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of investors.
Fee Structure
Kilonova Capital is compensated for its advisory services through asset-based management fees calculated as a percentage of invested capital, payable monthly. Certain clients are subject to a minimum fixed fee. KC may also receive performance-based fees (Carried Interest) from certain clients, calculated as a percentage of net profits from the disposition of portfolio investments exceeding a preferred return to investors.
