Abra Capital Management (ACM) offers portfolio management services for Digital Assets to individuals, trusts, family offices, institutions, and pooled investment vehicles. ACM's services are not designed to provide clients with a comprehensive financial plan. ACM may only affect a transaction with the Client’s prior consent and approval. ACM does not participate in a wrap fee program.
Fee Structure
Abra Capital Management (ACM) charges an annual advisory fee for separately managed accounts (SMAs) based on the average daily balance of the assets they manage. The advisory fee ranges from 0.20% to 2.00%, billed monthly in arrears, depending on the size and composition of your portfolio and the type of services rendered.
For BTC-Yield participating clients, the Company sets a Monthly Rate at the beginning of each month. Clients receive this fixed yield on their BTC allocation, typically paid in-kind. Any yield generated above the Monthly Rate, if any, is retained by the Company. There are no fees charged to Clients.
