Anthemis Capital Managers provides investment advisory services to private investment funds. Anthemis US is engaged by Anthemis UK to provide investment advice regarding investments for each fund. Anthemis does not limit its investment advice to only certain types of investments. Anthemis seeks to assist the Primary Adviser to achieve high overall returns for investors primarily by long-term investment in a diversified portfolio of companies engaged in the financial services and related technology and infrastructure sectors.
Fee Structure
Anthemis US is compensated by Anthemis UK on a revenue split basis. Anthemis Guernsey receives a management fee from AVFIII of 2.25% per year of aggregate commitments during the investment period, and 2.25% per year of the aggregate acquisition cost of unrealized investments thereafter. Anthemis Guernsey personnel will typically receive a carried interest with respect to the AVFIII generally between 20% and 25% of all realized profits subject to a preferred return.
