Fee Structure
Borderless Management provides investment advisory services to pooled investment vehicles and tailored advisory services to separately managed accounts. Fees and compensation arrangements vary among clients and are set forth in each client's governing documents. The firm generally charges a management fee of 2.0% per year based on aggregated capital commitments from the investor’s initial closing date, calculated and paid quarterly in advance.
