Fee Structure
Addigence charges a performance-based fee, up to 30%, based on the increase in value of each portfolio manager strategy a client chooses. This fee is measured on the dollar value gain over a predetermined High Watermark. Addigence retains 4.75% of the performance fee, with the remainder paid to the portfolio manager. Fees are withdrawn on a 90-day rolling basis or when a client changes their allocation. Clients also pay monthly fees for access to the online platform.
