Fee Structure
Truehand charges an annual fee based on a percentage of your portfolio's value, paid quarterly. Fees are negotiable and depend on the service level, assets, and complexity of your situation. Accounts smaller than $300,000 may not be eligible for the active tiers of service. Very small accounts are usually better served by the passive tiers of service. The firm will try to find a reasonable arrangement, such as including the value of the smaller account as part of a larger family account, or charging a flat fee, but in no circumstance will fees exceed 2% of assets.
