Jordanelle Capital provides investment advisory services to private investment funds, making growth equity investments in industrial businesses. Jordanelle invests in established companies and new business projects in sectors like recycling, industrial minerals, natural resources, and sustainable agriculture. Jordanelle helps company leaders with strategies in construction, business planning, sales, personnel, and finance. Investment decisions are made by an Investment Committee. Jordanelle does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of investors in any Fund.
Fee Structure
Jordanelle Capital manages investments for private investment funds and charges a quarterly management fee, payable in advance. The fee ranges from 1.0% to 2.5% per year, based on capital commitments or funded capital contributions, as outlined in each Fund’s governing documents. Some funds may not charge management fees. Jordanelle may also receive fees from Portfolio Companies, including directors’ fees, management fees, advisory fees, consulting fees, monitoring fees, brokers’ and finders’ fees, transaction fees, investment banking fees, and net breakup fees. These fees may be retained by Jordanelle, returned to the fund, or offset against management fees.
