Entoro Advisors does not tailor its services to individual investor needs, and investors cannot impose restrictions on investments.
Fee Structure
Entoro Advisors manages investments for private funds, specifically Digital Asset Yield, LLC. The firm receives a portion of the fees charged by the fund. Investors in the fund are subject to a quarterly management fee equal to 0.5% (2% per year) of each member's commitment during the commitment period, and thereafter, 0.5% (2% per year) of each member's unreturned capital contributions. There is also a carried interest allocation equal to 20% of fund profits after all members have received distributions equal to their aggregate capital contributions.
